Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied and rewarding temporary opportunity? Join CHAS as a Temporary HR Adviser and become a pivotal part of a passionate and supportive team.


This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in all aspects of the people experience -- from employee relations and wellbeing to recruitment, development, and organisational change. You'll work closely with colleagues across CHAS, gaining valuable experience and making a real contribution to our mission of supporting children and families across Scotland.

About You




To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Experience of advising and guiding managers on a wide range of HR matters Strong understanding of HR best practice and employment law Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to analyse and interpret HR data High level of integrity and professionalism Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
