Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our consultancy team.

In this role, you will be the first line of support for clients, providing advice and guidance across areas including:

Family-friendly leave Holiday and absence management HR administration Conduct and disciplinary matters
You will also work closely with our consultants to support employee relations casework, which will involve:

Drafting letters and documentation Liaising directly with clients Attending meetings as required
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who wants to deepen their expertise in employment law and gain exposure to more complex HR cases and projects, with a clear path to progressing into a consultant role.

About you:



At least 3 years' experience in HR advisory work Confident in handling day-to-day HR queries Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills Motivated by personal growth and continuous learning Resourceful, proactive, and able to think on your feet Comfortable managing multiple priorities and finding solutions under pressure Ambitious to develop further and committed to putting in the effort needed to progress

Pay: 35,000.00-37,500.00 per year
