We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor -- ideally someone with Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner-level experience -- to join our close-knit and supportive HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of HR support for specific teams within the business, acting as a trusted partner on all people matters.
You'll be involved in a wide range of HR activities including employee relations casework, performance management, recruitment, and payroll. The role is fast-paced and varied, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working collaboratively onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a dedicated HR contact for designated business areas, providing expert advice and support across the full employee lifecycle.
Lead and manage employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters.
Support managers with recruitment and onboarding, including job descriptions, advertising, interviews, and offers.
Administer monthly payroll and liaise with finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the development of recognition and wellbeing programmes.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with legislation and best practice.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver.
Support the HR Manager with project work, including HR initiatives and change programmes.
Assist with HR data analytics and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Occasional travel to visit remote sales and technician teams as required
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in a Senior HR or HRBP level role, with a dedication to keeping up to date with best HR practices and legislation
People centric with excellent communication skills
Strong decision making skills, with the ability to work on multiple complex projects and provide clear and knowledgeable advice
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Full UK driving licence to travel between sites as required
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
