The Role
We're looking for a proactive
HR Advisor
to support our growing business and help us continue building a workplace where ability, integrity, and respect thrive.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers across all areas of the business. This is a hands-on role, offering real variety and the opportunity to make an impact through employee relations, policy development, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head of HR in delivering the HR strategy and business priorities.
Partner with managers to deliver clear, consistent HR advice.
Lead and support employee relations matters with professionalism and care.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Contribute to the delivery of HR initiatives that enhance collaboration and performance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment law.
Produce HR reports and insights to support business decisions.
Who you are
You're an experienced HR professional who values integrity, teamwork, and open communication. You're approachable, solutions-focused, and confident advising managers at all levels. You have a strong understanding of HR processes and employment law, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a similar environment.
Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident managing ER cases independently.
Organised and detail-focused, with strong problem-solving ability.
