Reporting to the Head of HR, we are seeking an HR Advisor with a focus on recruitment and induction. This Advisor will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and attracting the very best talent for our Trust, whilst leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
They will provide expert advice on all recruitment activity and work closely with our operations management team to design and implement effective recruitment practices and strategies, ensuring that all regulatory and company requirements are met.
Whilst there is a keen focus on recruitment, we are looking for someone who wishes to develop into a more generalist HR role and grow into that next step in their career.
We are an organisation that promotes training and development of our staff and we are looking for someone who wishes to grasp that opportunity, get involved and lead on the various HR projects we have in progress.
Additional Details:
Salary: 32,000 per annum.
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, part time over 4 days may be considered and can be discussed at interview..
Location: Hybrid working option with a minimum of 3 days in the Head Office in Team Valley, Gateshead.
Contract Type: Permanent.
28 days' Annual Leave including Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service.
