Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Advisor based in Glasgow to join our dedicated team at Vision Scotland. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing outstanding patient care by supporting our human resources functions and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Manage HR systems to maintain accurate employee records. Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs. Provide guidance on employee relations issues and performance management. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning. Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations. Prepare HR reports and analytics for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

CIPD Level 3 Proven experience in human resources or related field. Strong knowledge of HR systems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience with data entry and administrative tasks. Understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
