About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised
HR Advisor
to join our team on a
permanent basis
.
You will manage day-to-day HR administration, support the management team, and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law.
This role is primarily remote, with attendance at
pre-booked office meetings
for management or staff discussions when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Assist with employee relations administration, including disciplinary and grievance documentation.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and up to date.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and compliance documentation.
Support performance management, absence tracking, and training administration.
Attend scheduled in-person meetings with management and staff as required.
Requirements
Previous experience in HR Administration or a similar role (minimum 2 years).
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience preferred.
