We're looking for a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join our small, forward-thinking HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist advisor with a strong background in Employee Relations and Sickness Absence Management to make a real impact and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
You will be responsible for coordinating and advising on the following areas:
Advising on all matters relating to employee relations, policies and procedures
Coordinating and advising on programs in relation to sickness absence management and Occupational Health
Coordinating and advising on programs in relation to payroll and tax
Coordinating and advising on programs in relation to internal communications and values awareness
Ensuring effective service level provision of external providers such as payroll, HR system, T&A system, Occupational Health
Supporting all areas of HR
Person Specification:
Level 5 CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
Educated to a high level including strong English and Maths
Working knowledge of employment law and relevant Government Acts
Experience of advising and coaching others at all levels in HR matters, particularly in relation to general employee relations
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Ability to uphold values and discretion required of an HR professional
