We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our team and help us continue to create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting disciplinary, grievance, and absence management meetings with confidence and professionalism. Building strong relationships quickly and effectively with employees and managers alike. Advising and coaching managers on all aspects of people management, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Bringing your experience in an educational setting (preferable but not essential) to enhance our HR practices.
