The Role

Are you a passionate and proactive HR professional looking to take the next step in your career?
We're seeking an experienced
HR Advisor
to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy across the business. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll act as a key point of contact for all HR-related matters across the employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Supporting hiring managers with job descriptions and compliant adverts
Issuing contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
Conducting reference checks and coordinating induction processes
Right to Work, Vetting & Compliance
Managing visa/work permit tracking and right-to-work checks
Overseeing SIA and BS7858 vetting processes
Keeping up to date with industry compliance requirements
Employee Relations
Advising on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence cases
Attending investigation meetings and preparing case documentation
Supporting TUPE processes and change consultations
HR Metrics & Reporting
Producing regular HR data and analysis for internal reports
Contributing to retention strategies and diversity reporting
Supporting with gender pay gap reporting and action plans
Learning & Development
Coordinating training and development sessions
Policy & Employment Law
Keeping up to date with key legislative changes
Ensuring company practices align with HR best practice and legal standards
Creating and amending current policies in line with business requirements
What We're Looking For
Solid HR advisory experience within a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
