Your Role





As our HR Advisor, you'll work closely with managers, the central People Team and the Executive to support the full employee lifecycle -- from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, engagement, strategy and process improvement. This is a true generalist role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and direct impact.


What You'll Be Doing




Providing confident, practical HR advice to managers and team members Managing ER cases (informal and formal) with care and compliance Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding alongside our People Support Team Coaching managers on people processes, performance, and employee wellbeing Maintaining accurate HR records in our HRIS (HiBob) and supporting data/reporting needs Championing our values, contributing to projects that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention Helping us embed consistent, compliant HR practices across our practices

What You'll Bring




CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it) Solid experience (5+ years) in a HR Advisor or strong HR Assistant role -- ideally in a fast-paced, customer-facing or healthcare setting Confident knowledge of UK employment law and best practice A practical, problem-solving mindset with great communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A people-first approach -- you care about culture, wellbeing, and delivering service excellence Comfort using HR systems (we use HiBob) and working with data
