Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor qualified to Level 3 CIPD to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes, together with excellent communication skills.

Duties



Provide guidance and support to hotel managers on HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee records To be assigned employee cases such as disciplinaries, investigations and grievances. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives.

Skills



Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate employee records. Previous administrative experience within an HR setting is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
