Gusto Group is a forward-thinking family of companies driving innovation across construction, manufacturing, and design. With a joint turnover of 20 million and over 180 talented people across multiple sites, our group includes Gusto Construction, Rototek, and Studio G Associates (SGA).

At Gusto, innovation is in our DNA -- from SGA's pioneering designs of clean energy homes, to Gusto Construction's sustainable communities, to the technical breakthroughs in rotational moulding achieved by Rototek. Together, we're proud to hold B Corp Certification, standing alongside a global community of businesses that believe success is about people, planet, and profit in equal measure.

About Rototek

This role is primarily based at Rototek, world leaders in technical rotational moulding of plastics. Across our two manufacturing sites, we produce over 100,000 products every year -- from compact water containers to 7-metre moulded components. With over 30 years of technical excellence, we've built our reputation by delivering the products that nobody else can.

We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join us. Someone who can make a genuine impact by shaping and delivering exceptional people practices across our teams.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Group HR Director, you'll provide professional, hands-on, and forward-looking HR support primarily for Rototek, while also contributing across the wider Gusto Group.

You'll be the go-to person for all HR matters from managing employee relations and leading recruitment to driving engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement projects. This is a true generalist position within a fast-paced, high-performing SME environment, offering the chance to make a real difference every day.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage all HR processes for factory and office personnel, ensuring consistent, compliant delivery across the full employee lifecycle -- from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and offboarding. Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability cases, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes. Take full ownership of disciplinary processes at site level and provide case management support to the wider Gusto Group when required. Advise, coach, and support managers and team leaders on best-practice people management and legal compliance, promoting confidence and consistency across all levels. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities -- from advertising and shortlisting through to offer and onboarding -- ensuring timely, high-quality hires aligned with workforce needs. Partner with the management team to drive succession planning, resourcing, and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen the business. Maintain accurate, compliant HR records and documentation, ensuring all data handling meets GDPR and company standards. Draft and issue employment documentation, including contracts, variations, and formal communications. Oversee and deliver engaging onboarding and induction processes to ensure new starters integrate successfully. Support wellbeing and attendance management, including proactive management of sickness absence. Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees, handling HR queries professionally, confidentially, and with care. Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with legislative updates and business needs. Produce and maintain HR reports, analytics, and KPI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and wider Group initiatives as directed by the Group HR Director. Provide administrative and generalist HR support to the wider HR team as needed.
