to join our small but dedicated team, providing expert HR support across a variety of client sectors.

About the Role
As our HR Adviser, you'll work closely with clients to deliver clear, pragmatic advice on a wide range of employee relations matters. You'll handle complex casework, support organisational development, and apply a strategic perspective to day-to-day HR issues.
Your consultancy background and multi-sector experience will help you quickly adapt to client needs and build trusted working relationships.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
A minimum of
5 years' senior-level experience
in employee relations
A
consultancy background
and experience working across
multiple sectors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in managing complex HR cases with professionalism and care
Proficiency in
HR software
and
CRM systems
A flexible and collaborative approach to work
