Working from home with the requirement to travel across the UK but predominantly South Wales to meet the needs of our clients

The Role:



As an HR Advisor at Healthy HR, you will provide the first point of advice on a range of people matters and support to our clients across various sectors. Your role will be essential in HHR provides commerical focused and soulutions based HR support with each client interaction. This position offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to work closely with clients on various projects.

What You'll Be Doing:



HR Advisory & Consulting: Offer expert advice on a range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, organisational change, and workplace well-being. Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure client compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements while developing and implementing tailored HR policies that align with client goals and values. Employee Relations Management: Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, guiding clients through complex situations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging training sessions on HR best practices, management skills, and mental health and well-being to support client development and enhance workplace culture. Project Management: Lead and manage specific HR projects, such as recruitment processes, restructuring, performance management systems, or culture change initiatives. Well-being Advocacy: Support Healthy HR's mission to prioritise employee well-being by helping clients implement well-being programs and initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce burnout, and support mental health. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate client records, prepare reports, and offer insightful feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. Any other reasonable requests that come with working in a small business where the entire team rolls up their sleeves to grow the business and meet the needs of our clients.

About You:



You'll be confident delivering advice across the full HR lifecycle, with a particular flair for employee relations. You'll have experience handling investigations, writing clear reports, and coaching managers through challenging situations.

You're someone who's highly organised, brilliant with clients, calm under pressure, and loves working flexibly. You'll also be passionate about making workplaces healthier, happier, and more human.

You'll be able to adapt your style and behaviours to suit whatever situation you're faced with, and you know the importance of fantastic communication, always! We're keen to invest in someone who is passionate about self-development because we understand that when you grow, those around you grow, too. If you naturally embrace change and push yourself outside of your comfort zone, then this will be the role for you.

You'll be great for this role if you have:
? A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR (generalist and employee relations focus)
? Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
? Proven experience conducting investigations and writing clear, thorough reports
? A warm, professional communication style that builds trust
? A solutions-focused, practical approach to HR challenges
? Experience working remotely and managing your own workload
? CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
