We are seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join our team and be the first point of contact for all HR related queries at our Redditch site, while also providing support to other sites across the business when required.
In this role, you'll play a key part in advising and coaching managers, supporting employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries at our Redditch site and provide ad hoc support to other sites across the business as required.
Advise, support and coach managers on HR best practice to enable them to effectively manage and develop their teams.
Administer HR related documentation, such as offer letters and contracts of employment, invites to meetings.
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
Support with employee relations matters including absence management, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including setting up interviews, issuing correspondence, and supporting new starters.
Assist with the maintenance and updating of the company employee database.
Administer absence data on a daily and weekly basis to ensure accurate reporting.
Contribute to maintaining the company training and development database.
To participate fully in the Company's Personal Performance and Development process and to undertake training and development relevant to your job.

Support the team to monitor and control the use of resource in a cost effective manner.
Encourage team members to develop and learn, ensuring the team are trained in respective areas to enhance the flexibility of the company.

About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
CIPD qualified (or working towards) or that has equivalent HR experience.
Experienced in providing HR advice and support to managers.
Knowledgeable of current employment legislation and HR best practice.
Organised, detail-focused and confident in managing HR administration.
Skilled in handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
A strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
