Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR functions and embracing our culture, contributing significantly to help our employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences through our innovative footwear solutions.
Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Manage HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding initiatives.
Assist in performance management processes and employee relations.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources or related field.
Minimum 3years experience.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze data effectively for reporting purposes.
Familiarity with employment legislation and best practices.
Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
