About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and proactive HR Adviser to deliver professional HR advice and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and staff wellbeing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workforce culture.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for HR advice, ensuring guidance is aligned with policies and best practice Support managers with recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning Advise on employee relations issues including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance matters Ensure compliance with employment law and care sector regulations Champion initiatives that promote staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention Maintain HR systems and produce accurate HR metrics to support decision-making Contribute to HR projects and the continuous improvement of policies and processes

What We're Looking For

? CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent HR experience)
? Previous HR Officer/Adviser experience - ideally within health & social care
? Strong knowledge of HR best practice and employment law
? Confident in handling employee relations matters
? Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
? Analytical mindset with the ability to provide meaningful HR data insights
? Flexibility to travel to sites across South Wales as required
? Satisfactory DBS clearance
