HR Advisor - Talent & Development

- The Role:

As a Learning and Development People Partner, you'll play a key role in strengthening Broadstone's learning culture and enabling our people to grow, thrive, and contribute at their best. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to understand development needs and deliver tailored, high-quality learning solutions.

You will be based in one of our central hubs with regular travel to our other UK offices, working in close collaboration with our wider team to design, implement, and evaluate development initiatives that support capability, performance, and long-term growth.

HR Advisor - Talent & Development

- Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships across the business to understand development needs and provide effective development solutions that support team and organisational goals. Act as a trusted advisor to managers, helping them build high-performing teams through coaching, feedback, and development planning. Work to maintain and promote a market leading EVP to attract employees. Identify high potential employees and work with managers to ensure stretch and challenge opportunities are in place. Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal HR colleagues to ensure e-learning proposition is relevant, high-quality, and aligned to business needs. Support key learning programmes including induction, professional development, and talent pathways. Design and implement appropriate retention strategies across your various populations Develop and deliver training initiatives to empower managers and employees. Contribute to the development of a consistent and inclusive learning & development experience across all Broadstone locations. Use data and feedback to assess learning impact and continuously improve offerings.

HR Advisor - Talent & Development

- You:

Proven HR experience, ideally within a professional services or consultancy environment. A consultative & commercial mindset with the ability to diagnose needs and create impactful solutions. Confidence in engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders across functions. Knowledge of contemporary learning practices, including digital tools and platforms. Strong facilitation and delivery skills, with experience leading both in-person and virtual sessions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-site organisation. CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent). Coaching qualification or relevant experience. Experience working in regulated or professional services environments.
