This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The basic salary will depend on experience. You'll also enjoy a generous holiday package, pension plan, life assurance, and access to the DIGICARE+ health and wellbeing app.

What you'll be doing
As our HR Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for managers and employees across the CPM Group. You'll provide clear, practical advice on HR policies and processes, including employee relations cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance.
You'll work closely with our HR Business Partner team, supporting organisational change initiatives and ensuring all employment documentation is compliant and up to date. You'll also collaborate with Recruitment, Talent, and Reward specialists to align HR practices across the business.
You'll contribute to key HR projects and support restructures, redundancy, and TUPE processes when required. You may also help deliver training or facilitate workshops to build capability across the business.

About you
A clear communicator, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident handling sensitive information with discretion
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Positive, collaborative, and eager to learn
Comfortable using IT systems and open to new technology
CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) is desirable
