Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our small team of HR professionals.





Ideally a chartered member of the CIPD, you will hold a level 5 HR qualification or equivalent with demonstrable experience working as a professional HR advisor within a multi-functional, unionised organisation.



Excellent knowledge of pay practice, application of employment legislation and experience in advising on difficult contractual change is a must.





You will need to be resilient and able to remain calm under pressure along with the ability to quickly build relationships and communicate effectively with different groups.

This role is suitable as a job share opportunity.



Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
