Main Duties
A full list of duties can be found in the job description, but key responsibilities include:
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, staff training, and the full employee lifecycle
Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring GDPR compliance
Supporting Health & Safety compliance, including risk assessments and incident reporting
Coordinating audits, maintaining the Single Central Record, and liaising with external bodies
Assisting with policy implementation and staff compliance monitoring
Preparing reports on recruitment, compliance, and training for leadership review
Providing first-line HR advice to staff and escalating issues as appropriate
About You
Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships
Confident in using digital systems and managing records securely
Willing to submit an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check (DBS)
Knowledge of HR, compliance, and Health & Safety processes is desirable
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people in your care
