Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of human resources processes and systems.

Responsibilities



Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data entry and reporting. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies on various platforms and managing applications through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and PeopleSoft. Support onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately. Maintain employee records and assist with data management in systems like Workday and Salesforce. Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous learning. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits with professionalism and confidentiality. Manage social media accounts related to recruitment efforts, enhancing the company's visibility as an employer of choice. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.

Skills



Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous. Previous administrative experience within an HR environment is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organisation. Knowledge of social media management tools for recruitment purposes would be beneficial.
