Priory Hospital Roehamptonis looking to recruit a HR & Resourcing Lead to join the team. This is afull time 37.5 hoursrole.



Priory Hospital Roehampton, a registered hospital in London, is a welcoming and highly respected rehab facility, offering expert mental health and addiction treatment.


We support people facing a wide range of mental health challenges, providing specialist care for depression, anxiety and addictions. Our team offers tailored treatment for substance addictions, including alcohol, cocaine and heroin, as well as behavioural addictions like gambling. We also provide outpatient support for adults with eating disorders.


For young people, we have a dedicated young people's mental health inpatient service across two specialist wards - Richmond Court and Kingston Court - where we provide expert care in a supportive environment. We also offer private autism assessments for children.


At Roehampton, you'll be supported by a compassionate team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nurses and mental health professionals who are committed to your wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help you move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.

What you'll be doing





You'll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn't involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.Work closely with Senior Management team and Heads of Departments to help define and develop avenues and methods of attracting new candidates of the highest quality to the site. ? Work closely with the Central Talent Acquisition team to agree recruitment methods Ensure that recruitment process is adhered to and candidates are screened by the appropriate managers in a timely manner Onboarding Working in conjunction with Central Onboarding team to ensure offered candidates are processed and onboarded in a timely and effective manner

What you'll bring to the role





Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.



The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with excellent attention to detail. Working towards a CIPD qualification would be ideal but is not essential. They will have previous experience coordinating HR activities within a corporate environment, ideally within the healthcare sector, although this is not essential.
