Our client is seeking a dedicated individual passionate about growth and empowering others through impactful learning experiences to join a dynamic team at a leading financial services firm in Redditch, West Midlands.
The Role
You will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination and administration of training programs, learning platforms, and development initiatives across the organisation.
Support the delivery and scheduling of in-person and virtual training sessions
Maintain and update our Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers
Assist with on-boarding and induction processes
Monitor training feedback and compile evaluation reports
Manage training calendars, materials, and communications
What We're Looking For
Experience in a Learning & Development, HR, or administrative role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g. LMS, MS Office, Teams)
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
A passion for learning and helping others grow
