The role of the Apprentice People Administrator, as an entry level role, is to maintain an accurate and efficient HRIS database and electronic folder system, with employee information and documentation, including administering the joiners, movers and leavers. As the People Administrator you will support the People Team in the delivery of a proactive administration service, including offering timely responses as a first point of contact for basic People queries, working in a way which positively represent the People Team.
The role will be accompanied by the Level 3 HR Support training.
This will be a 16-month Fixed-Term Contract.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance of the shared People team mailbox
Support of the full employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, change of contract, offboarding)
Produce contracts of employment and salary increase letters
Ensure all right to work checks are compliantly completed and filed
Support the Payroll process to ensure all data received in time for payroll cut off
Support the Talent & People Advisor with recruitment administration across the Group
Use the current People information system to access, input and compile data
Build and maintain relationships, with management and colleagues, acting as first point of contact for basic
Carry out the study of CIPD Level 3 via apprenticeship

Excellent time management
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Required)
Mathematics and English GCSE Required (4/C Required).
