Job Description


As an HR Apprentice, you will work closely with the HR Director, gaining experience and guidance as you build your career in Human Resources. This apprenticeship provides a structured learning path, equipping you with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to become a confident HR professional.
This is a generalist role, offering exposure to all aspects of the HR function, including medical staffing, HR administration, and compliance. You will play an integral part in supporting key HR processes while developing a solid foundation in HR best practices.
The successful candidate will be based at our Bewdley Medical Centre and will be enrolled in a CIPD-accredited Level 3 HR Apprenticeship Programme, combining academic study with real-world HR experience.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Apprentice to join our small, supportive team and gain hands-on experience while working towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification.
As a HR Apprentice, youll play a key role in supporting the entire employee life-cycle from recruitment and on-boarding to career development and compliance. Youll work closely with managers to implement a staff bank and support both medical and administrative staffing processes.
