About the Role




We are seeking to appoint to the role of HR Apprentice.
The work will include handling day-to-day queries and working on a range of HR processes; from recruitment through to retirement; using HR systems to maintain employee records; providing relevant HR information to support YPO with HR projects/changes.

Course Overview


The apprenticeship will provide the successful postholder with a firm foundation in all aspects of the People Profession, developing your knowledge and understanding of the HR function, and the skills required to carry out a HR Support role confidently and effectively.
At least 6 hours of your working week for the duration of the apprenticeship must be spent carrying out new learning relating to the apprenticeship standards. To support you in achieving this, you will study the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice, covering the following topics:Business, culture and change in context Principles of analytics Core behaviours for people professionals Essentials of people practice

About You


As YPO continues to expand, we are looking for a positive-minded individual to join our team. Drawing from the skills and experience section of the , we seek someone who has:

4 GCSEs in Mathematics, English Language and 2 others (Grade 4 and above) Excellent attention to detail Good organisational and time keeping skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in order to achieve targets Good IT knowledge with the ability to use MS Office products to produce documentation
