HR Assistant - Fixed Term Contract (6 Months) | Hybrid (Chepstow)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, open to flexible working
Hybrid working - 2 days a week in our Chepstow office, once you've settled in!

What you'll bring:

Strong administrative experience in a busy, high-volume environment (HR experience would be beneficial). Excellent attention to detail with the curiosity to spot opportunities for improvement. Confident communication skills to build great relationships with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders. A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude. A true team player who enjoys getting involved and making a difference.

What you'll do:

As an HR Assistant, you'll join a dedicated HR team supporting around 8,000 employees across the UK. You'll play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience, including: Producing accurate, high-quality HR letters and contracts. Managing shared mailboxes and dashboards, triaging queries effectively. Prioritising tasks to meet service-level agreements. Supporting wider business and HR transformation projects.
