Location: The role is based as working from home with travel to our Head Office and all hospital sites as and when directed therefore we request that applicants reside within a reasonable travelling distance of 1 hour from all our sites.


Salary: 25,633.33-28,253.36 per annum

We have an exciting new opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic HR team. The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting recruitment, payroll and day to day HR Administration. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about people. You will help ensure an exceptional employee experience from hiring to payroll, supporting the HR Business Partner and Learning & Development Lead. No two days are the same and you will be supported to grow your skills and develop your HR career.

Full Time Hours:

37.5 hours per week (working hours 09:00 - 17:00)

Qualifications and Experience



Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) Grade C or above. Proven experience of working in an generalist HR environment. Proven experience in assisting with recruitment activities, including coordinating shortlisting, arranging interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers and supporting a smooth onboarding process. Proficient in the use of MS Office. Experience of taking minutes at formal meetings. Experience providing administration support across the employee lifecycle. Proven experience of supporting with payroll. Attention to detail. Awareness and understanding of the importance of Confidentiality within the HR department, demonstrating discretion at all times. Excellent customer service skills. Good communication skills. Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines. Team Player. Travel to any of our four sites for meetings and project days will be required when necessary. We request that applicants reside within a reasonable travelling distance of 1 hour from all our sites.
