experienced HR Assistant

to join our supportive and hardworking team.

The Role:

As our HR Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations. You'll work closely with management to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation Supporting with HR policies, procedures, and compliance Handling confidential employee queries professionally Coordinating holidays, absences, and timekeeping records Assisting with performance reviews and employee relations

What We're Looking For:

Previous HR experience (essential)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Knowledge of HR systems and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
A proactive, can-do attitude
