Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in delivering efficient and effective personnel management. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative functions, maintain HR information systems, and facilitate communication across departments. Responsibilities



Assist with maintaining and updating HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and Salesforce. Support data entry tasks related to employee records, recruitment processes, and HR metrics. Help coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS). Contribute to social media management for employer branding and internal communications. Prepare documentation for onboarding, offboarding, and employee record updates. Facilitate communication between HR and other departments to ensure smooth information flow. Support administrative functions such as organising meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Assist with maintaining compliance documentation and supporting HR audits.

Skills



Proficiency in HRIS platforms including Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar systems. Strong administrative experience with excellent data entry skills. Familiarity with ATS tools such as Salesforce or equivalent applicant tracking systems. Good understanding of human resources principles and practices. Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--to liaise effectively across teams. Experience with social media management tools is advantageous for employer branding initiatives. Ability to organise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritising workload effectively. Knowledge of HR software such as Workday or PeopleSoft enhances operational support capabilities. Pay: 24,420.00-30,500.00 per year
