Personnel Officer,
to support national staff recruitment as we open new centres.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives while building a successful career. Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for:
- placing job adverts
- setting up interview dates in person and online
- conducting initial screening interviews
- completing appointment paperwork
- managing staff engagements and teaching schedules
- dealing with disciplinary issues
- ensuring that all teaching is delivered, managing and arranging emergency cover
- managing the onboarding process
- training new starters in systems and process
- managing our team of self employed sales agents
Experience - Essential
- experience in a broadly comparable human resources role for at least 2 years OR 5 years general office administration experience
- clean background check
Base pay: 25000 per annum (full time equivalent)
Working hours: 10 hours per week over 2-3 week days in our Newport centre.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
