What You'll Do
Handle admin for recruitment, onboarding, and staff changes
Prepare contracts, letters, and employee documents
Maintain accurate records in Breathe HR
Track absence, leave, and training
Support internal comms and wellbeing projects
Be a friendly first point of contact for HR queries
Schedule interviews, training, and team meetings
Keep everything in line with policies and employment law
What We're Looking For
Driver with a car
Experience in admin or HR support roles
Confident using digital systems (Breathe HR experience is a plus)
Clear, professional communicator
Great with detail and deadlines
Discreet, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
Able to prioritise within a part-time schedule
Desirable (But Not Essential)
CIPD Level 3 or currently studying
Interest in education, heritage, or visitor-facing work
Knowledge of UK HR processes and legal basics
