The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to join our friendly team. This is a varied role where you'll be supporting our HR processes and day-to-day office operations, ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
About You:
Previous experience in HR, administration, or operations support (social care experience desirable but not essential).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good IT skills, including Salesforce knowledge and basic database management.
A confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
A team player who can also work independently.
