We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various HR systems.
Duties
Manage the recruitment process by utilising Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline candidate sourcing and tracking.
Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Support payroll processing by ensuring timely data entry of employee information and attendance records.
Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Provide administrative support for HR projects, including performance management, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Generate reports from HR systems to assist in decision-making processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in a human resources role or similar administrative position.
Proficiency in using HR software systems
Strong data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
A degree or relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
