Position Summary:
This multifaceted position involves administrative management, coordination of various tasks, and fostering a positive workplace culture. In addition, as the HR Assistant, you will be a focal point for providing guidance and support to both employees and management. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR process implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Assistance:

Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
? Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files and databases.
? Generate reports and analyse HR data as needed.
? Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to employees and managers.
? Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
? Management of healthcare insurance.
Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support as required.
?
Coordinate meetings, events and minute take meetings.
? Follow up on agreed action items from meetings and distribution of actions to the relevant attendees.
? Arrange ordering of equipment and uniform.
Documentation and Filing:

Organise and maintain HR documentation.
?
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Compliance:
?
Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies.
?
Support HR in the implementation of HR-related compliance processes.
Problem-Solving:

Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative issues.
?
Collaborate with teams to improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in HR assistance is preferred.
