We specialise in bespoke pollution prevention, drainage and environmental services with blue chip, multi-site organisations, particularly contract logistics, warehousing, and through FM providers. We fix, audit, report, recommend and manage works to support our client's operations and compliance.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced part time HR Business Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy and supporting our leadership teams.
Summary
As HR Business Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, driving HR initiatives that support organisational goals. You will provide expert advice across all areas of HR, from talent management and workforce planning to employee engagement and organisational development.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to deliver the people strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
Lead on organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy.
Drive initiatives that enhance diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
Oversee talent management, performance management, and leadership development programmes.
Use people data and analytics to inform decision-making and track HR performance.
Support change management programmes, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
Ensure our pay processes are delivered on time
Line-manage and develop members of the HR team.
About You
Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally as a Business Partner or HR Manager.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to align HR strategies with business needs.
Experience managing organisational change and transformation projects.
CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Experience with SAGE50 and SAGEHR would be beneficial
