Central England Healthcare Limited is a nursing care provider, currently operating 6 nursing homes within the West Midlands. The Company is expanding its operations and is now looking to recruit a Human Resources/Business Support Manager to manage a team of 6 Office Managers, a Business Support Assistant and 5 Administrative Assistants based in the company's nursing homes spread across the West Midlands.
We are looking for a BA graduate, preferably in Law or English or qualifications in Human Resources/Administration, with substantial experience in marketing, staff recruitment & management and health & safety. Advanced IT skills are essential. Knowledge and experience of digital HR software is preferable.
The prospective applicant will be:
Office based as there is no hybrid working
Must be willing to travel regularly to the company's six sites
Be a car owner
A full driving licence
In return, support, supervision and a good remuneration package will be available depending on experience and qualifications.
The post is subject to a DBS check and Covid-19 vaccinations/compliance
