What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced HR professional and effective leader who can engage teams in functional strategy. As a HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic planner who proactively develops and implements strategy. In addition to this, you will:
  • Hold a degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of employment law, ACAS guidelines and regulatory frameworks
  • Be experienced in leading change & driving improvements in organisational performance and culture.
  • Possess first-class communication skills and critical thinking with the ability to influence & coach key stakeholders.
  • Possess first-class communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise investment and effectively utilise resources to maximise shareholder returns
  • Ideally CIPD qualified at Associate or Chartered Member level
