What will you be doing?



We're seeking a HR professional with experience of working on integration projects and M&A activity to join our HR Team in London on an initial 18 month fixed term contract. Focusing on Mergers and Acquisition you will support the effective implementation M&A initiatives, including medium to large acquisitions and business transformation projects, aiding in the smooth transition of employees and minimising ER impacts.

As HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include among others



Working collaboratively and commercially with the ability to influence the development and delivery of the people strategy from an M&A perspective. Able to manage relationships and expectations effectively with the ability to pivot and find flexible solutions. To support the effective implementation of change management initiatives, including medium to large acquisitions and business transformation projects, minimising ER impacts Ability to apply the company's approach to compensation; manages the compensation review and benchmarking activities for their business area Able to create and contribute to policy and process development and integrate appropriate processes into newly acquired offices Designing and delivering Management Information, interpret results to identify trends. Able to present and interpret data to senior management. Working on complex change projects with the ability to find solutions and plan for a positive outcome.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have



In depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience in resolving complex people related issues Experience of working on integration projects and M&A activity from within multi-site environment. Strong commercial and business acumen in order to assess risk and opportunities for the organisation Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets. Resilient, approachable and confident Has gravitas and is able to build credibility easily Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills Strong analytical skills Strong influencing skills and is able to adapt style to different audiences
