• Provide strategic HR advice to managers and employees in Manchester.
• Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
• Deliver effective solutions for employee relations and performance management.

• Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Immediate Start Opportunity12-month Fixed Term Contract based in Manchester
A successful HR Business Partner should have:

• Proven experience in a Human Resources role within the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent.
