HR Document Consultant



We have an exciting new opportunity for an HR Document Consultant. This is a newly created role working in the busy HR consultancy team at Quest Business Services. The primary focus of the role is compliance, by completing HR audits and drafting HR documentation. You will also provide telephone employee relations advice when necessary.

This is a fast-paced environment working closely with clients and the wider HR team. The successful candidate must ensure all duties are completed effectively and in a timely manner in line with SLA's.

About the Role:



Effectively account manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and delivering the HR services in line with agreed SLA's.

You will conduct HR audits to ensure HR compliance.

You will draft employment documentation including contracts of employment, policies, and procedures in line with employment law and client needs.

You will liaise directly with the client to ensure the application of the audit points are completed and documentation drafted is compliant and relevant for the client needs and industry.

To provide initial employee relations advice to clients; ensuring the advice offered is compliant and offers practical solutions.

Refer clients to additional services available by Quest.

Participate in the out of hours telephone advice line service offered to clients, working on a rota basis.

All client delivery must be completed effectively in line with the agreed SLA's.

The role works closely with the wider team to support consistent delivery to clients.

Undertake any additional client focused tasks as directed.

Qualifications and Experience Required:



Minimum 2 years experience working in a fast-paced generalist HR role.

Experience of advising on employee relations matters and drafting HR policies, and procedures.

Up to date knowledge of Employment law and case law.

Excellent written English and excellent communication skills.

Experience of working to deadlines in a pressurised environment.

Attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team, and on own initiative and autonomously.

Good IT skills. A working knowledge of Windows (Word, Outlook and Excel).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 33,000.00-35,000.00 per year
