What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with our HR Manager and HR Advisors to deliver outstanding HR support and impactful projects. You'll:


Manage a personal caseload of employee-relations issues Lead on policy reviews and drive process improvements Mentor and support HR Advisors Play a strategic role in improving HR practices across the business

Who We're Looking For

You'll bring:

CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and case management Experience with HRIS and HR project delivery Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills

Even better if you also have:

CIPD Level 7 Team leadership experience within HR Exposure to multi-site or complex business environments Familiarity with HR analytics tools or project methodologies
