Assist clients with talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development. Support change management initiatives and organizational design. Manage employee relations and performance evaluations. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client needs. Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations. Utilize HRIS systems for data management and reporting. Collaborate with clients to improve workforce management processes.'

'Qualifications'

Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role.

Strong knowledge of employment law, FMLA, and labor regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or UltiPro. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.'

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
