About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised
HR Coordinator
to support our people strategy. You'll play a key role in both recruitment and employee support, helping us build and maintain a positive, professional workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from advertising roles to onboarding new starters
Support line managers with HR processes including contracts, inductions, and performance reviews
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and GDPR
Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, offering clear and confidential advice
Assist in developing initiatives to support employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention
Help organise internal events, training sessions, and company communications
Support the HR Manager and senior leadership team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks

Previous experience in HR or administration is desirable
