The Role
This is a practical, people-focused role. You'll be the go-to person for HR admin, recruitment coordination, and day-to-day support across the business. You'll help us stay organised, compliant, and connected--making sure our team has what they need to thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
Keeping employee records up to date and accurate
Preparing contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents
Coordinating interviews and supporting recruitment logistics
Managing training records and booking sessions
Supporting managers with HR queries and policy guidance - referring them to our outsourced partner for guidance
Helping with payroll inputs and absence tracking
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care
What You'll Bring
Experience in an HR admin or coordinator role (or similar)
Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office
A friendly, professional approach and clear communication
Ability to juggle tasks and keep things moving
A proactive mindset--someone who spots what needs doing and gets stuck in
