, we're looking for a proactive and people-focused

HR Coordinator

What You'll Do:

Deliver first-class HR support across recruitment, payroll, occupational health, and more. Be the go-to person for HR queries, helping managers and employees navigate policies and processes. Get hands-on with HR systems like Cascade, manage the HR inbox, and support exciting projects. Help shape a culture of inclusion, respect, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for people and a desire to make a difference. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Great communication and a collaborative spirit. CIPD Level 3 (or willingness to study) is a plus--but not essential if you're keen to learn!
