We're looking to employ a motivated enthusiastic customer focussed HR Co-ordinator to join our small but fast paced HR Team.


About the Role:




The HR Co-Ordinator will support the HR Manager in organising and maintaining employee records. This role involves supporting the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and HR Policy implementation, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and supporting the organisation's strategic goals.


Responsibilities:




Inputting new starter information, administering employee data and pay changes on the HR System

Production of HR related communications such as employment contracts, references, probation & leavers letters and assisting with the onboarding process

Create reports on HR Metrics

Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information.

Participate in HR Projects as and when required.

Acting as a first point of contact for all general HR queries, including monitoring the HR email inbox and responding to employee requests and questions in a timely manner

Maintains confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information

Attendance at grievance/capability/disciplinary meetings as note taker

Providing a customer centric approach to the role

Essential

Experience/Qualifications:




Proven work experience as a HR Administrator or relevant role

CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice or willing to work towards

Experience with HR Software or similar databases

Fluent in Microsoft suite of software

Competency to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
