What You'll Be Doing
:
Acting as the friendly first point of contact for HR queries and guidance.
Coordinating employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, induction, benefits, training, appraisals, and offboarding.
Managing and updating personnel records and HR systems (SLAM Tracker).
Supporting the planning and delivery of learning and development events across all levels--from interns to senior management.
Producing insightful L&D reports and helping shape internal training programmes.
Organising training logistics, preparing materials, and gathering feedback.
Collaborating with teams across the business--including Line Managers, Finance, Payroll, and Marketing.
What You'll Bring:
CIPD Level 3 or higher.
1-2 years in a fast-paced HR environment.
Experience with HR systems (Dayforce would be a big plus).
Passion for people, performance, and continuous learning.
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
A full UK driving licence and valid passport (for occasional travel).
